
POLICIES
The following policies are things you need to know before scheduling an appointment with Tayla's Cleaning Service. Please read carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns.
Entry
We leave it up to our clients to decide if they would like to be present for their appointment or not. If not, we ask that you provide a key for us to use. This key will never be duplicated will be returned to you upon the end of your appointment. If you have a security system or gate code, we ask that you provide us with the code or turn it off ahead of your appointment. If we cannot enter the property at the time of your appointment due to locked doors or security systems, your appointment will be canceled.
Cleaning Products
Our clients can request any specific cleaning solution they desire. Email or text us your preferences before your appointment and we'll be sure to arrive with it.
Safety
We do not move heavy furniture or lift anything above 40lbs. Our cleaners are very important to us and safety is one of our top concerns.
Payments
All payments are due upon the day of your cleaning service. We accept cash, Cash App and Zelle. We do NOT charge for travel. Getting to your address is our concern, not yours.
Price Match Guarantee
We promise to cost you less and do a better job than your current service. If you would like to take advantage of our price match guarantee, just show us a bill, statement or invoice from another cleaning company for what you currently pay for your service, then we'll match or beat it!
Cancellations
If you have to cancel your scheduled appointment, we would appreciate a 48 hour notice. This notice help other clients fit into different time slots.
